Our volunteers

Our volunteer team is made up of 11 Directors, 3 Supervisors, and 7 Committee members (covering Credit, Credit Control, and Investment Committees)

About our volunteers

Each individual gives time and input each month to ensure the effective running of the credit union and this collective effort is fundamental to offering services to our local community.

At the start of each year, volunteers are required to complete a declaration of fidelity and secrecy. This declaration is a promise to uphold confidentiality and to always act in the best interests of the credit union and its members. Volunteers undertake training appropriate to their role and regularly represent Slieve Gullion Credit Union at national Irish League of Credit Union events.
